About me

Hi, I'm Bailey — an early childhood educator with over nine years of experience nurturing young minds. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my bachelor's in Psychology at Southwest Minnesota State University.
Teaching has always been more than just a career for me — it's a calling. I'm deeply passionate about helping children grow not just academically, but emotionally and socially. I believe that the early years are a critical window for developing the social-emotional skills that shape a child’s future success, well-being, and relationships.
Through my work and continued education, I strive to create environments where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive — both in and out of the classroom.
